Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Just place your order and pay in cash when it arrives at your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BillEase, and major cards at checkout, processed securely by PayRex, a Philippine payment gateway. Prefer cash? Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days across the Philippines. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over ₱1,500. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days. If something isn't the right fit, return it for a refund or exchange, no fuss. See our full return policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link the moment your order ships. Can't find it? Email support@voydesk.com and we'll send it over.
Is checkout secure?
Completely. Payments are processed by PayRex, an encrypted Philippine payment gateway, so your card details never touch our servers. Prefer to pay on delivery? Cash on Delivery is available too.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach us at support@voydesk.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.

Which cable should I get: USB-C to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C?
Check the charger end. Modern laptop and phone chargers with the oval USB-C port pair with USB-C to USB-C (up to 60W fast charging). Older chargers, power banks, and hubs with the rectangular USB-A port need USB-A to USB-C, which runs USB 3.0 data and charges as fast as USB-A can deliver. Both come in the same braided build. Will a monitor riser work with my setup?
Our risers support monitors, iMacs, and laptops, with a shelf underneath that swallows your keyboard when you need the desk back. Start simple with a lift-only riser, or go for a built-in USB hub and wireless charging. Compare them in Monitor Stands & Risers.
Does the wireless charging riser work with my phone?
If your phone supports Qi wireless charging (most recent iPhones and Android flagships do), just set it on the pad and it tops up while you work. Phones without wireless charging can still plug into the riser's front USB ports. See the Command riser.
